Life Lessons come from unexpected places

Life lessons are one of the best ways to grow as a person. Well, so I've been told. This old saying is still quite practical, even in today's crazy world.

Then again Life Lessons are the cheapest ways to finding your way around this earth while surviving. Being a person obviously has it's challenges. Not only do we need to remember everything we have been taught in the past, we need to learn for the future. Which brings me to how we discover things from situations beyond our understanding.

Lately life lessons for me have come from unexpected places.

Yeah, I'd love to say that the current courses I am enrolled in is filling me with knowledge. Perhaps this gig I have right now it offers in new skills too. Alas, I'd be remiss if I didn't share that lately in life it's the life lessons I've been shown that really has helped me grow.

Like what could make such an impact? Well, when I meant Landon last week, I felt like I needed to shut my mouth and stop complaining. This kid isn't average as he is facing cancer and has scars from the treatment. Still he shared with me that his focus is on Lego creation videos and getting better. Nothing negative came from his mouth about his challenges. He told me he was going to beat the cancer and his history will include being a vlogger. That's strength. And the life lesson? There are so many to reflect on I don't even know where to start.

Obviously, life is full of challenges and suggestions that we need to absorb or deflect. It's also a place to find joy or be angered all the time. Even if we have issues and problems, we need to be open to seeing the life lessons of the future. It's how we grow and be a bigger part of society on every level.

Of course, you probably already have figure this all out, but just in case you didn't I'm happy I could help. Yes, I speak sarcastically. We all need a reminder that having the best in life means understanding as much as we can. If we can enjoy a few shortcuts learning from life lessons, they why not?

As for Landon, keep him in your prayers and remember if you see a kid named Landon doing epic vlogs, I discovered him first.
